Hello again...just thought I would post an update. We have been doing fairly well about observing the blood type diets...the one area I need to work on is providing red meat for my type Os while keeping Austin and myself away from it. Also I tend to eat a lot more chicken, mozzarella cheese, and yogurt in a week than is recommended. Haven't weighed in a few days, but last week I was down to 172...only 70-75 more pounds to go! (I am 5'1" and have a small frame so 97-100 lbs would be good.) It will take time but I know that with YHWH's help I can do it! Continue to pray guys...I appreciate it greatly!
